Hi, I’m Anna—a passionate Myotherapist and Remedial Therapist with over 15 years of hands-on experience. I hold a Diploma of Remedial Massage, a Certificate IV in Fitness, and an Advanced Diploma of Myotherapy.
What sets me apart is my explorer’s mindset—both in life and in my work. I’ve always been fascinated by the human body and human behaviour, and I’m constantly learning, evolving, and refining my approach to offer the best possible care. I’m committed to ongoing professional development so that my clients benefit from the latest, evidence-based treatments.
I use a combination of techniques—including dry needling, soft tissue release, cupping, MET, joint mobilisation, and corrective exercises—to support recovery, restore movement, and improve overall well-being. I have a particular interest in headaches and migraines and often incorporate Craniosacral Therapy (Upledger CST Levels 1 & 2) into my treatments. This gentle approach helps calm the nervous system and release deep tension, complementing more hands-on techniques beautifully.
When I’m not working, I enjoy exploring bushwalks, finding new hidden cafés, and spending quality time by the seaside with my family. Staying active is important to me, so I often practice yoga, go cycling or walking, and sometimes play basketball. I also love curling up with a good book whenever I get the chance.
I look forward to supporting you on your journey to better health and well-being.
